CSS Home Support
CCS home support offers a service that is designed to support a person’s environment and not about the person directly. If you are looking for hourly care service, we do offer this less intensive package called home support for all ages.
Please, bear in mind, we would not recommend this as a comprehensive solution for those with more complex needs, please look at our home care services. Each customer is unique and deserves the unique care required.
Our support workers can visit the same Clients once a week or every day at the same times for the full amount of time allocated.
Simply use the online request form to add what service you would like, and a price will be generated to suit your needs. A CCS home support employee will be in touch with any further information you require. All staff are fully trained, insured and have a PVG.
Home Support Services
- Companionship and socialising
- Light household cleaning
- Assisting with washing, ironing, laundry, and linen
- Emails or letter writing, reading and managing correspondence
- Going on outings and assisting with community based activities
- Walking and traveling
- General supported living assistance
- Preparing meals and support with eating
Home Care Service
These services provide personal care for people living in their own homes. The needs of people using the services may vary, but packages of care are designed to meet individual circumstances.
The person is visited at various times of the day, or, in some cases, care is provided over a full 24-hour period. Where care is provided intermittently throughout the day, the person may live independently of any continuous support or care between the visits. Each customer is unique and deserves the unique care required.

Home Caring Services
A paid carer can visit you at home to help you with all kinds of things including
- Getting out of bed in the morning
- Washing and dressing
- Brushing your hair
- Using the toilet
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Remembering to take your medicines
- Doing your shopping
- Collecting prescriptions or your pension
- Getting out, for example to a lunch club
- Getting settled in the evening and ready for bed
Additional Care Services
CCS homecare and home support section also have two additional services that may complement any customers that are looking for home support or home care.
- Evening home care, or overnight home care
- Help with any property maintenance/repair person service. A handyperson is usually a charged-for service, and the cost will vary depending on the work being undertaken, however, CCS offers a cost-effective monthly plan and all-in-one service. Please see the CCS maintenance handyman services on the link provided. Sample of some of the jobs that may be required.
- Small Repairs - putting up curtain rails, shelves, and pictures
- Safety Measures - fitting smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and grab rails
- Home Security - door and window locks, door chains and door viewers
- Energy Efficiency Checks - installing draught excluders, radiator heat reflectors, and energy-efficient light bulbs
